Meet Jessica Reed

Crystalline Founder, Devoted Mother, Multi-disciplinary Artist, Community Weaver

Jessica Reed is the founder and visionary force behind Crystalline, a company setting a new cultural standard for how women are taken care of- through business recognition, curated experiences, and legacy-level influence. Her journey is grounded in lived experience, creative entrepreneurship, and a lifelong commitment to elevating women’s well-being.

Jessica began building businesses in childhood- selling crafts to classmates, developing early community-based media, and later maintaining a videography business through college. She went on to explore artistic entrepreneurship through floral design and living plant installations, selling at markets and designing intimate spaces that reflected her love for beauty, nature, and care.

In the early 2020s, she began hosting intimate women’s circles in her home, creating space for connection, emotional processing, and mutual support. These monthly gatherings soon evolved into a vibrant, lasting community that still exists today. Around the same time, she also began supporting women as a birth coach, walking with mothers through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Those experiences deepened her understanding of what women truly need… and how often those needs are unmet.

When Jessica became a single mother of three, the gaps in women’s care became undeniable. She witnessed firsthand the burden women carry, often unsupported, often invisible and knew it was time to respond on a larger scale. In 2023, she founded The Crystalline Collective, designing in-person events that made women feel deeply cherished and cared for. Each event was immersive, beautiful, and restorative- but one question kept returning: Who will take care of them next?

That question became the seed of something bigger.

Jessica realized she couldn’t directly incentivize families, partners, or systems to care more- but she could influence businesses. By recognizing and rewarding businesses that uphold a higher standard of care, she could build a cultural framework that reshapes how women move through the world. That realization led to the evolution of the company now known simply as Crystalline: a name that reflects the clarity, strength, and long-term legacy Jessica intends to offer the world.

Through awards, a curated directory, tiered memberships, and a growing ecosystem, Crystalline is setting a new precedent: care for women is not a trend- it’s the standard. Jessica’s artistic sensibilities, honed through years of floral design, luxury hospitality exposure, and creative direction, infuse every layer of the brand. Crystalline is more than beautiful. It’s built to last.

Jessica leads with motherly wisdom, visionary conviction, and an artist’s eye. Her mission is clear: When women are taken care of, the world changes- and Crystalline is here to lead that change.
