We’re inviting both Phoenix-based and online businesses who want to better serve the nation’s most powerful consumer—women—and, in doing so, gain more loyal customers while creating meaningful social impact.

Yes, you can absolutely join the waitlist still and be awarded at any time. This year, we are pushing the subscriptions the most in Phoenix and cannot guarantee customers from your area will know about the directory.
However:
Becoming awarded will still greatly benefit your business and add credibility
You will still be listed on the directory
Being awarded in your area can inspire other business owners to become awarded and create more demand for your city.

Before we launch the directory, we need to onboard plenty of businesses to serve the 300+ women who will gain access in late July of 2025.
That being said, you can expect to be contacted about the launch in late June of 2025 when you begin to become awarded and be one of the first businesses on the directory.

We award businesses through three tiers and an exclusive Elite distinction:
1-Crystal: Initial vetting and simple onboarding process.
2-Crystal: Adds a more in depth background check and personal interview.
3-Crystal: Adds an anonymous annual evaluation.
Elite Distinction: Awarded to businesses in any tier that excel in luxury offerings, hospitality, and aesthetics (invite-only).
Note: All awards are granted on an annual basis and must be renewed each year to continue being featured.

It will be simple to align your business with our standards and become awarded during the onboarding process. There will be a couple short videos to view and a digital and physical reference guide for your business to use whenever applicable. Some topics covered:

Once the first 50 businesses have been granted complimentary access to the prototype, we’ll offer continued entry at a reduced rate, with tier options of $250, $500, and $750 based on your business awarding goals.
After the prototype phase concludes, prices will increase. Here are the details:
1-Crystal Award
Small Business (under $500K revenue): $500
Mid-Sized Business ($500K–$2M): $1,000
Large Business (over $2M): $1,500
2-Crystal Award
Small Business: $1,000
Mid-Sized Business: $2,000
Large Business: $3,000
3-Crystal Award
Small Business: $1,500
Mid-Sized Business: $3,000
Large Business: $5,000
+ Cost of evaluator experience: Businesses cover travel and service cost for a Crystalline evaluator to experience the service anonymously
