Become a Crystalline Ambassador

A simple way to support businesses you believe in, and be rewarded for it.

Crystalline Ambassadors are women who naturally notice exceptional businesses- the ones that feel thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely considerate of women.

If you’re someone who is already recommending places to your friends, making introductions, and staying connected within your city, this is a way to formalize that instinct.

As a Crystalline Ambassador, you introduce aligned businesses to the Crystalline Awards, and if they become awarded, you receive a finder’s fee.

What This Is

A referral-based opportunity for women in Crystalline operating cities to:

  • Introduce businesses they believe in

  • Help raise the standard of how women are cared for

  • Earn income through successful introductions

This is not a sales role.
There is no pressure, no quotas, and no expectation to “pitch.”

It is simply about recognizing alignment and making the introduction.

How It Works

  1. You identify a business that feels aligned with Crystalline

  2. You introduce them and share the application

  3. The business applies and goes through our internal process

  4. If the business becomes Crystalline Awarded, you receive a finder’s fee

Crystalline handles everything beyond the introduction including interviews, vetting, and final decisions.

Compensation

  • $100 per awarded business

  • Paid only when a business you referred becomes officially Crystalline Awarded

  • Payments are issued on the last Friday of each month

Support

You’ll receive:

  • A simple overview of Crystalline and the awards

  • A direct application link to share with businesses

  • Light guidance on how to introduce the opportunity

We also offer:

  • Two check-ins per month via text or email
    (for questions, clarity, or support as needed)

Important Boundaries

To maintain the integrity of the Crystalline Awards:

Ambassadors do not:

  • Promise or guarantee awards

  • Explain internal evaluation criteria

  • Negotiate pricing or certification details

Your role is simply to connect and introduce.

Getting Started

The process begins with a 20-minute conversation with the founder, Jessica, to ensure alignment.

If it feels like a natural fit, you’ll be invited to join as a Crystalline Ambassador in your city.
