The greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area is our first focus. The directory also features online businesses worldwide. While women in Arizona may benefit the most from the directory starting out, it is still valuable to women outside of it.

We award businesses through three tiers and an exclusive Elite distinction:
1-Crystal: Requires completing a course on best practices for serving women.
2-Crystal: Adds a background check and interview process.
3-Crystal: Adds an anonymous annual evaluation and higher service standards.
Elite Distinction: Awarded to businesses in any tier that excel in luxury offerings, hospitality, and aesthetics (invite-only).
